Now that things have calmed down a
little in my world, I wanted to let you
know how wonderful the catering staff
was at my daughter’s wedding (Saturday,
June 27). Wonderful doesn’t even begin
to describe them. I really wish I could
remember their names, but I’m afraid
that I wasn’t very attentive that
evening. The staff members were
extremely efficient, very helpful, and
at all times friendly and polite. I
can’t say enough good things about them!
Everything was ready when the bridal
party arrived. I assume everything was
ready when guests began arriving,
because our guests had nothing but good
things to say about the food and the
service. The food was hot when guests
went through the serving line, and
everything was delicious!
The staff cleaned up several spills that
had nothing to do with the food or their
service. They were able to anticipate
the normal events of the reception (the
toast, cutting the cake, the Shot Dance)
and were prepared for each of them. They
poured champagne for the entire bridal
party for the toast, even offering the
non-alcoholic champagne. They cut and
served the wedding cake. They poured
drinks and put out the Jell-O shots for
the Shot Dance.
Their clean up was equally efficient.
They cleaned up and put away the
leftovers; they washed and put away any
utensils they used from the hall; they
cleaned up the garbage from the buffet
and took it to the dumpster on their way
out. They even cleaned all the kitchen
counters and swept and mopped the
kitchen floors! Basically, they made my
job as mother of the bride a breeze. All
I had to do was enjoy the evening!
If you could please share this message
with the staff members, I would really
appreciate it. I want them to know how
much my husband and I (and the recruited
family members) appreciate everything
they did for us. It did, indeed, make
our evening more enjoyable and less
hectic. Feel free to share this message
with potential customers as well. I
would recommend Luigi’s Catering without
the slightest hesitation.

Jenn and I wanted to take a moment to
thank you for helping to make our
wedding amazing! Your staff and service
went above and beyond in making sure
that everything down to the smallest
details were taken care of. We could
never have pulled off such a great event
without your help and expertise. It was
truly appreciated.
We were lucky enough to have you cater
both our rehearsal dinner, and our
reception, and we couldn't have been
happier. The selections that you offered
us for both events were so unique that
between both dinners (and the several
other meals we had at your restaurant
during the week), no one ever had a
similar meal. Jenn and I both had the
steak with the blue cheese dressing for
the rehearsal dinner, and it literally
melted in your mouth. We had many other
guests comment on how delicious the
chicken dinner was as well. We also
wanted to thank you for your flexibility
in preparing a separate fish dinner for
my cousin who couldn't eat the chicken
or steak.
Your flexibility and expertise were also
extremely helpful in the planning of our
reception dinner. It is not often that
you hear of a catering company being
able to completely switch the menu
around a few days before the event, but
you all were able to pull it off without
a hitch. We can't thank you enough for
your advice to switch from a station
meal to a sit down dinner in order to
make better use of our space at the
Country Club. It worked perfectly!
Again, I don't think that Jenn and I
could ever thank you enough for all of
your help with our wedding. The food was
amazing, but more importantly, the
service and staff were incredible. You
all helped to relieve all of the stress
that can come along with planning a big
event, which allowed our families and us
to truly enjoy the wedding. Thanks
again, we can't wait to come back to the
restaurant to share pictures and stories
from the wedding with you, as well as
another excellent meal! Take care and

I
just wanted to take a moment to thank

job that you did catering our reunion.
It was all beyond anything that I'd
hoped for. From your positive, cheerful
attitude to the quantity of food to the
quality of the food, we were all very
impressed.
You could have easily charged us much
more. Combining the Slovak and Italian
foods was perfect. We are Slovak but
many of us have Italian blood as well.
We had much more food than we could
possibly have eaten and it was
absolutely
delicious! Please feel free to use this

I can guarantee that any affairs that we
have involvement with in the future will

Just a note to say that I was impressed
with the expertise that was exhibited by
the staff and quality of the food last
Saturday. The staff was both
knowledgeable and courteous as well as
helpful. We could not have picked a
better caterer to handle this event!! I
tried to figure on who in the area would
be handling this event and could not
come up with anyone (since I am a
caterer in this area) and was glad that
you would come this distance to
accommodate us. Your prices are more
than fair, less than 1/2 of everyone in
this area and quality is unsurpassed, I
hope you are not selling yourself short!
